American Dual Diploma
Program Overview:
The Academica Dual Diploma program enables students from around the world to obtain
the U.S. high school diploma while simultaneously completing their home country’s
secondary education.
In my case, this meant balancing my regular French High School courses with additional,
after classes, coursework from the American curriculum, all conducted in English.
I graduated with the following classes:
Y1: Life management skills:

everyday knowledge)

(Preparation for college
entry test)
Key Benefits and Skills Acquired:
Thanks to the Academica Dual Diploma program I of course earned an advanced English
proficiency but that’s not all. Balancing two sets of diplomas at the same time required
organizational skills and discipline, teaching me to eiciently manage my time, prioritize
tasks, and meet deadlines, an invaluable skill. The combination of instructional support
and student autonomy encouraged me to become a self-directed, lifelong learner.
Conclusion:
The Academica Dual Diploma program has been a pivotal part of my educational
experience. It not only provided me with an additional high school diploma but also
equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a globalized world.

Podium DCF Challenge
Challenge Overview:
The DCF Challenge presented a competitive and inspiring opportunity for students to put
theoretical knowledge into practice, acquire and reinforce professional methodologies,
and significantly enhance their CVs. This national competition, organized by the
“Dirigeants Commerciaux de France” (DCF), aims to develop participant’s commercial
skills and oers valuable networking and career opportunities.
In April 2022, during my first year at the University Institute of Saint-Brieuc in Brittany, my
teammate and I achieved a prestigious place on the regional podium by working on the DS
Automobile study case.
Experience and Knowledge Gained:
Enhanced project management, coordination, analytical and strategic thinking, and
professional presentation and negotiation skills. Improved ability to coordinate projects,
conduct market research, craft strategic plans, communicate complex ideas, and
negotiate eectively.
Conclusion:
Participating in the DCF Challenge was a transformative experience that significantly
enhanced my management and sales skills. It also refined my presentation and
negotiation abilities, essential for any commercial role. The cherry on the top: this journey
not only strengthened my resume but also expanded my professional network.

Missions Fulfilled at Harmonic (Nasdaq: HLIT)
Negotiation of ESA Contracts
Mission Overview:
The primary goal was to negotiate ESA (Enterprise Service Agreement) contracts with
strategic customers. These contracts detailed the SLAs (Service Level Agreement), of a
contract such as response times, equipment uptime guarantees, and resolution times in
case of equipment failure.
Experience and Knowledge Gained:
Through these negotiations, I enhanced my skills in balancing customer demands with
operational feasibility and navigating complex contractual terms.
Conclusion:
Negotiating ESA contracts was a challenging yet pivotal task that honed my negotiation,
technical, and customer relationship management skills. By overcoming the obstacles
through innovative solutions and collaborative strategies, I was able to secure agreements
that were beneficial for both the customers and Harmonic.
Prospection for the XOS Playout
Mission Overview:
This mission’s purpose was to prospect new and existing customers for the XOS Playout
system (most recent Harmonic’s product at the time), an advanced and versatile media
processor with integrated playout capabilities.
Experience and Knowledge Gained:
I learned to educate customers on new products, address their concerns through
evidence-based presentations, and position products in a competitive market by
emphasizing unique features. Additionally, I improved my skills in financial justification
models and negotiating flexible financial terms.
Conclusion:
Prospecting for the XOS Playout system was a significant learning experience that
improved my strategic and operational sales abilities, allowing me to eectively showcase
the value of the XOS Playout system to potential clients.

Mission Fulfilled at Shadline
Lead Prospection
Mission Overview:
The primary objective was to conduct telephone prospecting campaigns to identify and
qualify potential leads for Shadline. This involved reaching out to decision-makers within
organizations that could benefit from our emergency digital backup solution, presenting
our secure communication services, and assessing their interest in a more in-depth
platform demonstration.
Experience and Knowledge Gained:
I enhanced my ability to quickly capture attention and convey complex concepts
concisely. I mastered active listening to identify prospects needs and concerns,
developed a BANT framework (Budget/Authority/Need/Timing) tailored to crisis
management solutions, and improved my skills in rapid assessment and prioritization of
follow-up eorts. I acquired techniques to address objections regarding Shadline's
security, cost, and integration, transforming concerns into opportunities to demonstrate
added value. Additionally, I optimized the process by implementing call tracking and
analysis as well as developing a methodology to identify optimal contact times for
dierent organizations.
Conclusion:
Telephone lead prospecting for Shadline presented a complex challenge requiring a
combination of technical and relational skills. This experience allowed me to refine my
communication skills, deepen my knowledge of the digital security market, and develop
eective methodologies for prospect qualification.
